Welcome to the Monster Lift! This event is an open powerlifting meet. All participants age 18 and over are welcome to compete. Competitors will be competing for the highest Wilk’s Score in a head-to-head match-up. Top three scores will receive prizes of $500, $250, and $100.

When: Saturday, October 24th, 2020 (weigh-in October 24th at 8:00 am, meet begins at 9:30 am)
Where: The Training Room in American Fork (710 S Utah Valley Dr)
Who: Male and female competitors age 18 and up (only 24 spots available!)

All participants will receive a T-shirt and swag bag.

This is a fun, family-friendly event that is joining the lineup for American Fork Steel Days. The event is free for spectators and children 17 and younger. There will be food, games, prizes, and a bounce house open to the public.

The main event will feature five competitions including a car deadlift, atlas stone lift, Powerdrive push (unique in strongman competitions!), farmer’s carry, and head-to-head truck push. Participants in the main event must 18 and older and will be competing for a $500 grand prize. Entry fee is $50 per participant in the strongman competition.
